Party your body using resistance bands, bodyweight, & whatever weird props I can find! Bond w/ your swollmates, play games, try challenge moves, compete in obstacle courses where EVERYONE is a sore winner! Bring a mat if you have one, shoes optional.
The studio is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator if needed.
Free parking is available directly behind the building at 2412 Workman Street. There are two additional free city lots south of Broadway on Workman Street. There are also free and metered parking spaces throughout the neighborhood.
Masks optional. If you feel sick, please stay home and I’ll give you a refund!
