Hyper aerobix under the blacklights! Easy to follow dance fitness routines to all your favorite rave-y songs! All levels welcome. Low and high impact options always. 60 minutes.
There is a parking lot. If it fills up, street parking is easy to find.
Bring water. Wear sneakers you like to dance in, floors are sprung!
Masks optional. If you feel sick, please stay home and I’ll give you a refund!
