90min mobility, strength, & functional fitness class. Similar to my SWOLL class but making extra room for a long mobility warmup and longer PUMP. Class format:
- Mobility 
- Squat routine 
- Functional fitness circuit: 3 sets 
- 2 part PUMP:  3 sets each 
- Stretch / feelings cooldown  
- Breath work with trippy visuals 

Trying out this extra long format to give you the most epic swoll Saturday class that meets all your cyborg needs!
