90min mobility, strength, & functional fitness class. Similar to my SWOLL class but making extra room for a long mobility warmup and longer PUMP. Class format:
- Mobility
- Squat routine
- CIRCUIT TRAINING: functional fitness/plyo/HIIT
- 2 part PUMP: 3 sets each
- Stretch / cool down
- Breath work with trippy visuals
